Race bibs
All participants are required to wear a supplied race bib. The bib must be clearly displayed, pinned across the outside of the midriff area on the participant’s top.
For those who pre-register, please remember to bring your race bib to the event as we cannot guarantee a replacement.
Your race bib has your timing chip already attached to it and will activate when you pass through the starting line. Your timing finishes the moment you pass through the finish line.
Please do not bend or fold your timing chip on your bib as it will null and void any results. Your timing chip does not need to be returned so you are welcome to keep your bib after the race.
Timing
Results will be captured by professional race timing company Tomato Timing. All participants in all categories will be timed.
Results and Certificates
Each participant will receive an official certificate with their recorded time. Results and certificates will be available electronically via this website in the days following the event.
Prizes
Individual prizes will be awarded to the first male and female in both the 10km and 5km runs as well as the individual who raises the most money for Latrobe Regional Hospital.
Mystery prizes will be awarded in the 5km walk, based on random times.
